I received this eggplant in Dehra Dun India when I was visiting the Navdanya Bija Vidyapeeth farm and seed bank founded by Dr. Vandana Shiva. We are excited to share this amazingly sweet, buttery-textured eggplant. It is oblong to round in shape with green mottled skin, common in Asian varieties. When cooked it takes on a creamy, delicious texture. Hands down my favorite eggplant for flavor, texture, and productivity.
