A classic purple eggplant that has stood the test of time due to its consistently high production and early maturity. It has long slender dark purple fruits with mild flavor and satisfying texture. Bred in the Ukraine and brought to the US by Seed Savers Exchange in 1993. Approx 80 DTM.
