This one is a gem of a little romaine, and as the name suggests, has a sweet flavor that is also a little nutty. It has a buttery texture with the crunchy midribs and heart typical of a true Romaine. Has good heat tolerance, ranking among the top in our trials in the last two years. Uniform heads with a moderate to small size that holds up well on market displays.
