We finally did it! Customers have asked us for years to create a salad mix. After trialing and testing various mixes we are so excited to share our Luscious Crunch Mix. This mix has loft, with a balance of delicate buttery leaves, and crunchy romaine leaves. Creating a mix that will dry well, last a long time in the fridge, and has a great balance of lucious tenderness and crunch.
Salad mix has been a mainstay of our produce business over the years. We sold hundreds of pounds to various restaurants and farmers markets and we are so excited to now have our own mix to share with you.
